Services
InvestJuice provides product development and creative services for baby and early childhood brands, including packages described on this website (Launch Sprint, Creative Ops retainer, Tooling + Factory, branding, and website + cards). Scope, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins.
Pricing & payment
Package prices on the site are current as of the last update and may change. “Starting at” prices indicate a baseline; final fees depend on scope. Payments processed via Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms. Deposits or full prepayment may be required before work starts.
Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free and informational. They do not create a client relationship or obligation to purchase.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and materials needed for the project. Delays in your responses may extend timelines.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables paid for in full are licensed or assigned to you as specified in the project agreement. InvestJuice may display non-confidential work in portfolios unless you request otherwise in writing.
No guarantees of commercial results
We provide professional services and guidance. We do not guarantee sales volume, Amazon ranking, manufacturing outcomes, or regulatory approval. Product safety compliance remains your responsibility unless explicitly contracted otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestJuice’s total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Site content is for general information. We may update pages, pricing, and packages without notice. Links to third parties (Calendly, Stripe, etc.) are governed by those providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
